Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please reach out to our customer service team first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in unused, brand-new condition and remain in their original, unopened packaging.
- Returns must be requested and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been opened or are missing any components will not be eligible for a refund.
Additional Details:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We are not responsible for damage or warranty issues for items shipped to or through freight forwarding services.
Cancellation Policy
✅ Before Shipping:
You may request to cancel your order any time before it has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to submit a cancellation request. We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.
❌ After Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. This applies to most orders regardless of region. Depending on your location, shipping timelines and restrictions may vary.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives with damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. To help us file a damage claim, we may request photos showing:
